I'm passionate about product sales, e-commerce marketing, and business strategy. I value thorough planning, swift execution, and process optimization.After graduating from university, I joined Tea talk academy as a training instructor, focusing on tea production, processing, and consumer education.Through organizing multiple tea seminars, I gained insights into consumer needs and discussed future flavor trends with frontline producers.Later, I joined a pet supply e-commerce company, managing the shipping logistics department. I worked with supervisors to discuss needs and collaborated with the team to improve shipping speed and order picking accuracy.I emphasize process optimization, ensuring plan execution, and conducting post-action reviews in my work.As a side project, I single-handedly built a tea e-commerce business from scratch. This involved tea quality control, procurement, processing, marketing landing page planning, and Facebook ad placement. Over two and a half years, I developed a practical understanding of digital advertising and marketing through hands-on experience.2024 is my gap year. I've decided to self-learn full-stack web development, studying front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Python, FastAPI, MySQL, Linux) technologies. I successfully developed and launched a full-stack e-commerce website with integrated payment systems, handling both front-end and back-end development independently.My future plan is to develop a career in B2B industry sales.
