I'm passionate about product sales, e-commerce marketing, and business strategy. I value thorough planning, swift execution, and process optimization.After graduating from university, I joined Tea talk academy as a training instructor, focusing on tea production, processing, and consumer education.Through organizing multiple tea seminars, I gained insights into consumer needs and discussed future flavor trends with frontline producers.Later, I joined a pet supply e-commerce company, managing the shipping logistics department. I worked with supervisors to discuss needs and collaborated with the team to improve shipping speed and order picking accuracy.I emphasize process optimization, ensuring plan execution, and conducting post-action reviews in my work.As a side project, I single-handedly built a tea e-commerce business from scratch. This involved tea quality control, procurement, processing, marketing landing page planning, and Facebook ad placement. Over two and a half years, I developed a practical understanding of digital advertising and marketing through hands-on experience.2024 is my gap year. I've decided to self-learn full-stack web development, studying front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Python, FastAPI, MySQL, Linux) technologies. I successfully developed and launched a full-stack e-commerce website with integrated payment systems, handling both front-end and back-end development independently.My future plan is to develop a career in B2B industry sales. I look forward to enhancing my understanding of the manufacturing industry through overseas assignments, business trips, or domestic business development.I welcome conversations with anyone – let's learn and grow together!我對於產品銷售、電商行銷及商業策略很有興趣，重視事前的規劃，執行的速度及流程優化。大學畢業後，加入講茶茶葉集團的培訓教師行列，專注於茶產業的生產加工、及消費者教育推廣的領域。藉由自身主辦多次茶葉講座之經驗，從中瞭解消費者的需求，並與一線生產者討論未來產品的風味走向與發展。 之後加入寵物電商企業，負責出貨物流的部門，和主管討論需求，並與團隊一起提升出貨速度與撿貨正確率。重視工作中流程的優化及確保計畫的執行與事後的檢討。副業獨自從0到1建立茶葉電商，從茶葉品質控管、採購、加工及行銷面的landing page規劃、FB廣告投放，
在這兩年半的期間，從實作中建立數位廣告行銷的觀念。2024是gap year，我決定自學網路全端技術開發，學習前端（HTML、CSS、JavaScript）與後端（Python、FastAPI、MySQL、Linux），並獨立完成一個包含前後端、金流的電商網站。未來計畫往B2B產業的業務發展，期待從外派、出差或是國內業務中，增進對製造產業的認識。歡迎任何人與我聊聊，希望能彼此學習、進步！
