Plant consistently achieves OTD 99%-100%.3. Successfully to reduce air freight charges, with proper material, production and container planning to avoid any last minutes urgent material. This is zero air freight incurred due to planning error.4. Material store re- layout to ease for physical inventory & cycle count process. Manage to develop a stock take procedure, which help the company to carry on a proper count with proper stock control system. Stock take variances reduced substantially.5. Stock days reduction with SIOP and proper production & material planning strategy/execution, it was helping the business to released cash flow, equal to average 12days reduction for inventory cycle time from year 2012 to year 2013.Key Result Areas1. Project Re-layout and capacity study: A study of the whole warehouse capacity utilization and to improve storage efficiency to ensure storage self sufficient in 5 years plan. As LE stream lead, I have gone through Initiation workshop, fit gap workshop, design workshop(customized WM design based on country specific with current infrastructure), UAT testing, key user and end user training, business simulation, cut over activities till go live.
