- 12 Years in Supplier Quality in multiple commodities - Plastic, Paper, LEDs, PCBAs, Fans, etc- Responsible for Planning, execution and release of Automotive purchased components- Defines preventive quality elements for individual components and suppliers based on the understood cause and effect relationships. ( PFMEA reviews, lesson learnt ) - Defines and implements Safe Launch activities at the supplier sites for Serial production -Execute process releases and final releases of the components - PPAP documentation review. -Technical contact point for suppliers regarding preventive quality - to integrate both supplier & production feedback regarding manufacturability and testing concepts. - Confirms manufacturing capability of suppliers at sourcing - Represents and reports preventive quality topics to the Business Management team
