• Monitoring and delivering on all relevant site KPIs.• Reviewing and recommending changes to systems and procedures in order to reduce costs without impacting service levels.• Obtaining/Analyzing data from the WMS or other resources to assist in the delivery of services for Dell.• Working with customer to develop alternative solutions and implementation strategies.• Undertaking one-off projects, such as identifying revenue leakage in P&L• Reviewing and developing processes and procedures that will continually improve all warehouse functions.• Testing and implementing new solutions into the relevant systems and facilities.• Providing support and training to the operational staff to ensure that Schenker can maintain and conduct third-party client services under contractual and service-level agreements• Acting as a business gateway between the warehouse operations and the internal and external IT support groups within Schenker.

• Effectively manage backlogs, drill down and follow up with hubs/IT/log support on aging orders and their reasons.• Assisting with the preparation of the daily KPI deck and obtaining data for any new requirements for the deck• Obtaining/analyzing data from the WMS or other resources to assist in the delivery of services for Dell.• Reviewing late orders and providing late reason codes to Dell.• Providing a point of escalation, particularly in relation to order processing and operations improvement.• Producing accurate periodic reports including shipping details and billing reports.• Coordinating the daily activities of the project business and associated activities to execute against the deployment plan and schedules of all CFS (Custom Fulfillment Service) project work.• Managing CFS project inbound, outbound and special delivery requirements of customers.• Coordinating the daily inbound activities with DELL’s customers and vendors.• Communicating effectively, clearly and concisely both in writing and verbally with internal/external service groups.• Planning and managing rollout schedules of products and services to ensure the timelines and special requirements are met.

• Communicating daily inbound and outbound volume planning to all AU&NZ hubs and review if all plans are met.• Quarter-End Planning: Coordinating full planning of volume nationally to hubs and measuring daily performance with Dell.• Drilling down and following up with hubs/IT/log support on aging orders and reasons• Assisting with the preparation of daily KPI deck and obtain data for any new requirements for the weekly KPI deck.• Consolidating of daily hub IN/DO feedback and distributing reports to Dell.• Reviewing high aging orders and providing late reason codes to Dell• Obtaining/Analyzing data from the WMS or other resources to assist in the delivery of services for Dell.• Conducting research and analysis to support the Operations Manager with daily operations and strategic initiatives

• Maintaining and updating the CBA project master schedule.• Organizing daily activities from inbound to outbound for all project rollouts.• Processing DELL orders and vendor orders and dispatching them through TMS, and ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.• Creating waves and labels for picking based on the dispatch date of the orders• Working jointly with sales and support team to assess potential risks, identify and troubleshoot problems.• Producing accurate periodic reports: stock on hand, Daily inbound shipment, Daily outbound shipment, COD report and project billing report.• Organizing reverse logistics for all return and DOA stocks with our vendors and sub-contractors.• Managing inventory for the CBA project.• Developing effective relationships with Dell and their customer base.

 Preparing, processing and allocating EFT payments. Responding to internal/external queries, problem-solving regarding disputed invoices. Managing petty cash re-imbursements, reconciliations and allocations. Posting and allocating cheques and credit card transactions. Assisting in end-of-month bank reconciliation process and general ledger reconciliations. Managing national inter-company stationary procurement.  Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. Verifying employee’s expense reports and requests for cash advances. Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense report and recording entries in SAP. Serving as back up support and performing other duties as assigned.

 Contacting potential clients or interview clients to identify their insurance needs. Writing an insurance recommendation list or plan to assist the client in making an informed decision. Explaining to clients the details of insurance policies, including the risks covered, the rates and the benefits. Collecting premiums and keeping records of payments. Regularly review clients' circumstances to ensure that the level of insurance is appropriate.
