• Project Management- Host internal/external meetings, arrange meeting topics, progress and timing, record action items, meeting minutes, and action items follow up.• Schedule Planning- Base on customer’s product launch time and CPU develop time to discuss schedule with each function (EE, SW, BIOS, ME, Thermal, Audio…) and factory, consolidate their timeline into one schedule.• Pilot Build Planning- Make sure components and material are fulfilled before each build. Check system location (at which work station) and follow up status after build before shipping out.• Analytic Problem Solving- Make sure each issue been delivered to the right function and PIC to avoid issue pending.• Budget Control- Access NRE from internal functions when new function or material scalping in when receiving customer’s request.- Collect workforce, headcount, samples demand to propose to customer before project formally RFQ.• Cross-Function Communication• Cross-Function Team Building
