I worked as the tech lead of a new development team for a new GUI project. Managing and guide the teams to develop a Web management system with new framework-Struts. Since this project was created by NEC lab in USA and the first priority target market was also in North America, I need to cooperate with US and Japan partners, architects and managers to figure out the schedule, risk and scope etc. Many initiatives ad tools were also involved into this project. E.g. As NEC, this is the first time that couples of teams from US, Japan, China, Poland and India worked together to deliver the whole system.

Using Java, Javascript, CSS, Struts, Jquery, Jsp, perl , BASH Shell, PorgreSQL etc. program language to develop parts of GUI management system based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS. Writing the Unit/Function test cases and testing, debugging and correcting errors and faults in this system management application. I produced the program with IDE (Integrated Development Environment) tools and test the program with JUnit.
