After graduating from Hitotsubashi University with a master's degree, I joined Tokyu Land Corporation in 2012. During my tenure, I was responsible for the development and operation of 20 large-scale projects. From 2016, I transferred to Tokyu Land Capital Management Inc. and took the position of fund manager. During this tenure, I managed and operated over 50 billion yen in AUM. After that, I joined Anbang Insurance Japan in 2017 and was responsible for the operation and management of its 221 buildings, approximately JPY 260 billion residential asset package. During my tenure, I inspected all projects spread across Japan and proposed improvement strategies. The overall yield was improved by 15% compared to the time of acquisition. As a result of excellent operational results, the asset package was traded in January 2020 for approximately 300 billion yen.
