Lead the Perm & Styling Development and Innovation projects in China.

■ Lead the setup of Perm Lab (in 2013) and team recruitment.■ Launch of Elastin cream for Kerastase Elastin Cream in China and Japan (2014), for LP Hollywood Waves in Europe and Japan (2014), and for LP Xtenso Waves in China (2013).■ Create handbook for China Perm Lab■ Create strong relationship with international Labs.

■ Work on hair shampoo and conditioner development projects (2009,2010) ■ Lead the setup of Styling Lab (in 2011) ■ Development of formula for Men Expert styling in China (2011, 2012). ■ Elastin platform for curly hair: Develop different galenics for Elastin product ■ New raw material exploitation: Identify interesting new RMs, and assess their potential to be used in styling products by different evaluation methods (instrumental, quali and quanti tests). ■ Competitor study: Follow up new launches of haircare and styling products.
