- Extend job responsibility as HR Business Partner in Northern Asia;- Lead Branding activity in China;- Lead Change Management Project for M&A in China Mainland.

Main Responsibility:* HR Business Partner:1. Propose & lead organizational evolution to answer business needs, regular lead team re-organization and IPE review for all team;2. Ensure critical skills & key positions benefit from the adequate monitoring and are secured, implement annual professional program, Talent review and Succession plans;3. Anticipate needs in terms of profiles and headcounts to answer business needs, monitor MYB (Multi Year Budget )and HC Plan from HR prospect;4. Develop leadership & people management skills, cooperate with TC team to implement management program;5. Ensure teams performance, development and engagement through suitable specific actions, like annual objective review, annual salary review and payroll evaluation.* Talent Acquisition:1. Understanding of the talent needs required to execute current and future business;2. Knowledge of where inefficiencies and bottlenecks are in the recruiting process and how to remove them;3. Use HR tools and processes as lever to activate Talent, like Workday;4. Clearly communicates market reality, demonstrates a deep understanding of organizational strategy, and challenges hiring manager assumptions.* Branding:1. Long term Partnership with Sino-France Institutes, as Sino-France Job Fair SH, SUPINFU, Central Pekin Open Day, SIAE Graduate Ceremony, CCIFC and develop new partnership;2. Implement Campus Recruitment based on the requests;3. Setup and manage Thales Global Campus in China region.Project Management:* Employee Handbook Version Review (2015 – 2016);* TAB Operations Team restructure (2015 & 2018);* Project Arduino (Thales Global Campus Competition) (2016, 2017, 2019);* Campus Recruitment Program (2016/17)* Job Swapping Program China & Singapore (2017 – 2019);* E-payroll System regional setup and implementation (2017);* Workday System regional setup and implementation (2018);* Salary Structure Review based on IPE (2018)* Change Management Project for M&A (2019).

- Focus on HR consultant & research in several areas, including banking, chemical, Energy, E&E etc.- Analyze Job description, good understand the clients' requirements and recruitment background- Collect all kind information related to the business (industries, companies, products, organizations, and phone numbers…)- Make the first phone interview with potential candidates to confirm general- Screen resume, Interview and shortlist candidates, Make interview report- Set up meeting with Meet clients- Coordinate and help to negotiate offer, follow candidates till work on board- Business recommend; maintain & development good relationships with HR managers- Good personal relationships with Tsinghua University MBAs & companies
