_ Be the first responsible person for the overall operation and management of the Chinanet and CN2 network._ Arrange, instruct and direct team members to complete the routine maintenance, network construction, service provisioning, trouble shooting and service assurance of Chinanet and CN2._ Monitor and test the performance of Chinanet/CN2 network, proactive detect and resolve QoS deterioration, constantly improve QoS of Chinanet/CN2, manage the transit and peering connection to ensure good network connectivity._ Coordinate with HQ and design, implement and support differentiated Internet products such as China premier and Europe premier._ Liaise with other teams/external entitles to ensure the smooth network operation._ Daily maintenance and operation of network devices in China Telecom London POPs, the network devices include CT global Internet backbone, Chinanet/CN2 Sino-Europe backbone as well as IP access network devices._ International circuits’ implementation, service provisioning, service delivery, troubleshooting and technical supports._ Maintain and update Operation Plan and other operational procedures, service availability report, traffic management reports and service improvement solutions._ Pre-sales consulting support, resolve all technical issues arising during the sales engagement, understand customer business and technical drives, actively participate in customer network planning, help clients define specifications,requirements and engineer solutions based on customer requirements.

Cooperate with Sales Managers to achieve the sales targets.Communicate with customers on the technical way in order to enhance the customer satisfaction. Introduce the Network, Storage products and IT total solutions to customer on pre-sales phase; compile the solutions according to the market requirements.Cooperate with Sales Managers to extend the new products or features to market.

Provide Cisco technical and sales support for Sales Managers in assigned territory (East China). Cisco networks design and implementation, configuration and support, troubleshooting.Perform Cisco technical presentations for customers, partners engineers.Actively probe customers for technical needs on sales opportunities. Provide Cisco technical training support for Sales Managers and Cisco's channel partners.
