Made videos for different clients included companies and individuals. My videos included food products, nutrition drinks，children balance bikes and fitness, most of them were used for online shopping platforms like Taobao, and social media marketing. I started my own channel，posted over 100 videos about traveling, Chinese local culture，living customs. My video contents have already covered almost the whole Zhejiang province, part of northeast China.

I was responsible for all products photographs and operational instructions videos of Nokia fixed networking related products. Besides, I was also responsible for photographs and videos for all the celebrating activities inside fixed networking business group and training videos for the internal online and off-line knowledge training.

I made over 50 original videos and short documentaries about Chinese traditional culture and Intangible Cultural Heritage，recorded the current life of those inheritors. One of my videos has been played 2 million times and all of my videos have been played over 8 million times. In the year 2018， one of my Videos called Home and memory won the third prize in the Souhu Dalian original video contest， and another video called erhu of Heishijiao obtained the Outstanding Work Prize.

Our company was a call center provided voice service for Expedia. Our department managed over 100 agents, made schedules and managed their daily schedule(there means arrange offline activity includes training, meeting, break time ). Sending reports of agents performance and attendance. Forecast working capacity in coming time according to historical record. Monitor agents’ status in real time system. Make sure all agents follow our schedule, coping with unforeseen circumstances. Cooperate with all team leaders, make sure company achieve anticipated target.
