(Phone, PAD and TV box development. Sales.)After years of glory in HTC. I Co-founded a software company and re-build a software service called "Waitable". It solved the problem that user's have to wait in line before eating in a restaurant or going to hospital.This software works from the interacting among phones, PAD, TV BOX and web service. It was planned to serve a big number of users simultaneously. So we need a solid structure.We've started it from mockup, user trial and to discussion then make modification. As a main device technician, I've made the base system structure design. Coded Android phone app, PAD app and TV Box app all from zero.It's Published on Android/iOS and quickly get 3000+ downloads in just 1 year after it's founded.I've also do sales, selling the system. Been successfully sold to some famous restaurants. "Engineer as Sales at the same time" made us growing fast. The system was keep evolving by listening directly from customer's opinion's, meet their requirement for features even re-structure for different parts for a better user experience ... etc.Startup experience taught me how blazingly fast you must be so that you can meet the trend and make creative solution to adapt customer requirements!

Realistically swiping your CD collections and play. As the amount of phone selling, I have 300,000+ users then.Following the successful of it. I was then assigned to create a new Car / Navigation related app called HTC footprints. (Brief as following pages). This series of app had 1 million+ users.After these achievements, I've been highly recognized. So I then be assigned to in charge of several major APP and projects (MediaLink, DLNA, Photo, Video ... etc.) simultaneously. Those are all 10 million+ users based Apps.The huge number of users app developing experience taught me:How to precisely understand user demanding and turn into practical features, to keep productivity / creativity / efficiency / happy under highly pressured environment.
