Working at Thundersoft as senior audio engineer for Qualcomm's customer.Responsibilities:1)Help customer to integrate the software code of 3rd codec or Smart PA into Qualcomm Android platform;2)Help customer to analyze and solve any audio issue they have,such audio playback,audio record and voice call issue;3)Help customer to integrate 3rd voice echo cancellation algorithm into Qualcomm Hexagon adsp;4)Help customer to implement audio feature into their smart phone, such as Dolby/DTS;5)Co-work with customer to develop new audio feature;6)Help customer to do Audio/Voice tuning sometimes;7)Find the original bug and give solution to Qualcomm, and report critical issue to R&D, catch the log for analysis;8)As Wingtech’s DRI to help customers to analyze and solve all Audio problems, and has been praised by customers;9) During this period, more than 5000 case were solved by me.10) As Uniscope PM to track their project, and coordinate resource to fix their difficult issue to Ensure the smooth progress of the project;Working as TPM for internal project，take part in vertu project,samsung project,intel project and so on,do task decomposition and schedule control.Be familiar with Android BSP,performance optimization,such as audio glitch.And do some reseach on Nuttx based on STM32.

Working as Senior software engineer at Tricheer department1) In charge of BSP of datacard project,these projects based on Qualcomm chipset such as MSM6246/MSM6290/MSM6270/MSM8200 whose os is Rex,and MSM7227 whose os is Linux.In the projects my biggest contribution is changeing the usb swith mode when the datacard plug in PC,it reduce the time to install the driver and reduce the rate of crash during the mode switch.2)Tablet project,it based on Marvell 610,it is the first android project of our team,I am responsible for driver development and system Stability,I should find the root cause of crash,performance issue and sleep problem.
