As a Senior Data Analyst at Financial Recovery Technologies (FRT), I support the Reconciliation Team in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data that FRT uses to deliver its services to its clients. I use Oracle SQL and other database tools to perform complex data analysis and manipulation, and to generate and validate reports that help FRT identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in the data.Before joining FRT, I spent more than four years as a Data Analyst II at Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (MA Health), where I contributed to various data-driven projects and initiatives that aimed to improve the health and well-being of the people of Massachusetts. I handled the entire project life cycle, from gathering business requirements to developing and testing queries, to creating and presenting dashboards and reports. I also demonstrated incredible growth and adaptability, starting as an Informatics Intern with no prior experience, and earning a promotion to a mid-level position on another team within five months. I am certified in remote work foundations and time management, which enable me to work effectively and efficiently from home. I am motivated by the opportunity to use my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the society through data analysis and reporting.
