目前是國立陽明交通大學的碩士生，即將在比利時IMEC進行實習(至2025/3畢業)。專注於元件可靠度與失效物理、半導體製造、薄膜材料分析。畢業於國立清華大學，主修物理，輔修電機工程，我熱衷於透過創新的研究和實際應用推動半導體技術的進展。我的研究重點在於 HZO 鐵電電容和 FeFETs 場效電晶體的性能與可靠度分析，使用先進的原位原子層沉積技術和壓電力顯微鏡。我在無塵室操作、蝕刻和黃光製程方面有豐富的實踐經驗，並擅長視覺化和分析薄膜材料。除了技術專長，我熱愛並擁有使用 Python 進行資料分析和機器學習的強大能力，並在多個專案中應用了這些技能，包括多模型集成學習以預測醫療條件下的死亡率。過去曾在ASML擔任實習生，擁有紮實的跨部門溝通以及商業郵件撰寫能力。並在學校期間也曾擔任大型活動主辦人、學生議員、營隊活動，擁有豐富的團隊領導經驗。正在尋求半導體研發/製程領域的工作機會。歡迎交流！ -----------------------------------------------------------I am a master's student at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, specializing in Semiconductor Manufacturing, Material Analysis, and Device Reliability. Upcoming research intern at IMEC, Belgium(~ Mar 2025).With a background in Physics and Electrical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, I am passionate about advancing semiconductor technology through innovative research.My research includes analyzing the performance and reliability of HZO ferroelectric capacitors and FeFETs using in-situ ALD technology and Piezoresponse Force Microscopy. I have hands-on experience in cleanroom processes and thin-film material analysis.I also have strong skills in Python for data analysis and machine learning, applied in projects such as multi-model ensemble learning for medical predictions.I previously interned at ASML, where I developed solid cross-departmental communication skills and proficiency in writing business emails. During my academic years, I also served as a main organizer for large-scale events, a student council member, and participated in camp activities, gaining extensive team leadership experience.Seeking opportunities in semiconductor research and development.
