Analyze financial records and disclosure statements for desk and field financial, compliance and investigative audits of political campaigns. • Responsible for clients’ full cycle accounts payable, which include reviewing and posting invoices, 1099 vendor maintenance, processing employees’ reimbursement expense report and processing ACH, Wire Transfer and.
• Collecting and reviewing clients’ daily income reports and posting cash receipts journal entries.
• Preparing weekly and monthly bank reconciliation, and ensuring proper, accurate, and timely recording of transactions.
• Entering, tracking, and processing all aspects of the biweekly payroll process and maintaining all deductions needed for payroll, preparing clients’ payroll import report, posting payroll and accrued payroll journal.
• Reviewing clients’ credit card purchasing documents, which include employees’ credit card logs and receipts, and processing monthly credit card tracking sheet.
• Preparing clients’ weekly report, including estimate outstanding payments statement, weekly deposit and cumulative unrestricted income statements, outstanding checks worksheet, and cash-flow project.

• Full cycle accounts payable including vendor payments, fellowships, and expense reimbursements
• Ensure proper, accurate, and timely recording of transactions
• Set-up 1099 or 1042S tax status for vendors in the accounting software system
• Monitor and correct ACH and wire payment issues with the bank
• Annual processing of tax forms to domestic and foreign recipients and the IRS
• Reconcile and follow up on outstanding staff travel advances

• Process a high volume of invoices and check requisition forms through A/P for ATS or ATS Foundation, which includes ensuring proper coding, approvals, and entering data entry of invoices in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Review and process ATS employees and ATS memberships reimbursement expense reports and ensuring the expense transactions are in line with corporate policies and procedures.
• Generate payments via physical checks, ACH transfer, and wire transfer.
• Maintain filing systems for all paid invoices and wires.
• Responsible for vendor maintenance, which includes adding or editing of vendor information in the address book in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
