Development is to gain and extend choices and I am curious to learn and grow experiences.I look back to more then 25 years of working experience in legal, interior design, workplace consulting, sales and human development. Many years of this time were spent abroad in South America and Asia. During these years I found my passion for learning & development which guided me into my current role as performance consultant. Translating strategic business goals into learning opportunities for the individual and the buisness. Personally I am always open to fruitful sharing of interest, knowledge and experiences with other groups and individuals.
