Let's make a world where we win together!(These views are my own and may or may not reflect the company/s and organizations/s I work for or associate with)What does that mean? It means on an individual level, we "do the right thing right now". But what will that look like for leaders that can shape culture and processes? It means making it possible (and economically feasible) to do the right thing.Though the "right thing" can sometimes land in a gray area, here is where it doesn't:-Transparent, honest, and robust communication-Reduce waste-Steering manufactured goods towards longer-lasting and higher-quality as well as being able to be maintained-Increasing wages by an honest inflation figure regardless of performance. -Making a profit in a way where your customers win (or as John Fluke Sr. says, "Giving the customers a little more than they paid for"Elon Musks' engineering process:1. Question the Requirements2. Delete3. Simplify4. Optimize5. Automate
