Led end-to-end design of driver service score management tool for Driver Operation&Management Platform. My work improved the efficiency and timeliness of incentivizing drivers to take orders.Collaborated with designers, researchers to conduct 10 user interviews, discovered insights and determined design direction.Worked cross-functionally with PMs, engineers to redesign and create the new Driver Training Camp to improve the retention and activation rates of new drivers.

Led experiment design and preparation of experimental procedures, designed interview briefs and surveys.Recruited 30 volunteers by using online ads on various platforms, recorded and analyzed the whole experiment process, and completed the information collection and user interviews.
