Fitness is something that I am interested in that’s why i decided to have my bachelors degree in Exercise & Sports Science. I am better learning things kinesthetically which allows me to be involved in the operation work.Past experience of mine, regardless sports or national service, taught me how to embrace challenges. I believe the power of positive thinking as it helps me overcome obstacles effectively thus far. One of the life quote that I always live by “Instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift your energy to what you can create”I love what I am doing now as i have a lot of opportunities and exposures. Current role allows me to develop skills set at different areas which is useful and critical to bring the organization’s high and strong. I had gotten my current role right after taking charge of the whole operation department and there is still a very large area for improvement and learning. Upon assuming my current role, had worked with my team to improve the bottom line of the organization given various obstacles & limitation.I feel that I have a firm grasp of my current role, i scale my effort to work closely and positively with various departments to increase revenues, brand equity and business development. Sometimes I do learn new things from new team mate with new perspective, I seek to give credits and elevate team mates who have something new to contribute. I have had the opportunity to work my team in rendering of space, building up of gym from scratch and see through the whole process, closure of gym whereby customer satisfaction is extremely critical. It is definitely not easy to please all of the valued customers and it can be challenging to handle but I always find it rewarding when I see the smile on our customers.
