As a Clinical Facilitator, I act as a liaison between the university and the hospitals. I support students' wellbeing and learning in the clinical area.

Recipient of the NUS Research Scholarship (PhD). In my PhD study, I developed and evaluated a Resilience Skills Enhancement (RISE) program among university students.

As a graduate assistant, I teach various modules across the undergraduate nursing curriculum. This includes, communication and cultural diversity, oncology nursing, palliative and end of life care, clinical simulation, and honors project supervision.

Clinical role: I care for patients with cancer in both the general ward and high dependency setting. As an infection control liaison nurse, I develop and lead infection control initiatives within the unit. Within the hospital, I conduct infection control audits and perform mask-fitting for new colleagues. I am a trained mask fitter for 3M products. I am also a clinical preceptor for student nurses, new registered nurses, nurses on transition to the bone marrow stem cell transplant unit. My other clinical roles include Charge Nurse and Oncology Resource Nurse. During my time with the 40th Battalion, Singapore Armored Regiment, I was appointed as the Medical Logistics IC of the medical platoon. I was tasked with the oversight of the dispensary, medical equipment and items within the medical center. I communicate with other key stakeholders (Army Logistics Base, Unit Logistics Officers and Commercial Stock Audit Teams) to maintain the logistical operations of the medical center.
