This course explores principles and techniques that can be used to carry out evaluations within an organization. The course also examines several aspects of conducting evaluations, including planning, and designing an evaluation, developing appropriate instruments, using various methods to collect information, analyzing information obtained from those methods, and communicating results and recommendations. This course is designed to help learners understand the multiple ways that evaluation is used in instructional systems and provides opportunities to design various types of evaluation instruments. A portion of the course will examine the study of learner assessment as part of the evaluation of instructional programs. My responsibilities include providing feedback and interacting with students weekly on Discussion posts and grading students' assignment, communicating with students to offer scaffolding through emails and holding weekly office hours.

I work as a graduate teaching assistant in the Oral English Proficiency Program (OEPP) at Purdue University, where I hold a 0.5 assistantship. In this role, I assist the OEPP testing coordinator with both online testing through ProctorU and in-person testing. My responsibilities include compiling monthly, semester, and annual statistics reports on testing results using SAS and Facets software, designing monthly rater training materials, and continuously updating testing items. I also provide feedback to instructors and graduate students on their performance and use Audacity and Camtasia to edit audio for rating and research purposes.

I also conduct research on the latest VR technologies, trends, and best practices and analyze user data to assess the effectiveness of VR applications and suggest improvements. By engaging in these activities, I gain valuable hands-on experience in the VR industry, develop technical and creative skills, and contribute to the success of projects at ImmerseMe.

Additionally, they are in charge of coordinating the participation of Purdue Learning Design and Technology students in professional conferences like AECT. Furthermore, the VP of Professional Development provides students with information about additional academic and extracurricular experiences that can contribute to their growth. This includes informing them about relevant professional organizations in the field of Learning Design and Technology, upcoming conferences, and opportunities to submit work to academic journals.

As a lecturer in the English Department at Shanghai Sanda University, I taught undergraduate courses in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, covering subjects such as Intensive Reading, Advanced English, Business English, and Thesis Writing.
