The integration is done using Microsoft Powershell and XML files that define Powershell commands. It is designed to have extensibility and flexibility in mind so customers can extend the Integration Pack by adding commands and cmdlets to the XML files. • Created Integration Pack for VMware vSphere. The Integration Pack utilizes Web Services to integrate with VMware vSphere and it provides nearly 30 objects that covers the operation, administration, maintenance, and provisioning of vSphere products.• Created Integration Pack for Service-now. Service-now combines ITIL v3 guidelines with Web 2.0 technology to provide on demand IT Service Management. The Integration Pack works with Service-now Web services interface to facilitate the management of over 100 Service-now elements such as Incident, Request, and Configuration Items.• Co-authored the fluent API interfaces and filtering component for Quick Integration Toolkit, which is a state of the art Opalis framework for rapid development of IT process automation solutions. The toolkit reduces development time from months to weeks.• Created Integration Pack for HP Asset Manager. The Integration pack leverages the business objects in Asset Manager exposed by the Asset Manager’s Web Services.
