Weilee is the Managing Director of Nurture Enterprise Malaysia and Country Manager for Thought Perfect in Malaysia. She is a certified coach for Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, The Leadership Circle as well as Impact Systems . She is also a Master Practitioner for NLP (ABNLP), Hypnotherapy (ABH) and TimeLine Therapy™ (TLTA). Based on these, she conducts Leadership Development programmes which include leadership assessment and training, executive coaching, team development and human resources consulting. She holds a LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.She has over 16 years experience in executive search. She was a Director at ASPAC Executive Search, and then established EMA Partners Malaysia, a member of EMA Partners International with offices in 45 cities worldwide, one of the top 15 global executive search firms. She has expertise in human resources, as senior consultant and trainer with the US-based leader for training and assessment, Development Dimensions International (Malaysia and Singapore). She has worked with multinational clients delivering DDI’s Assessment Center and Performance Management Systems, Targeted Selection, Interaction Management and Empowered Teams.She also has extensive experience in media and marketing; as producer/presenter in Current Affairs with the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation and The Right Angle; and Marketing Communications specialist with Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia and Malaysian Mosaics Bhd, as well as managing her own desktop publishing/television production business. She also represents Strategic Moves Pte Ltd, for Strategic Media and Communications in Malaysia.Weilee currently sits on the Board of the Entrepreneurs Organization, Malaysian Chapter, as Membership Services and Integration Chair.
