 Demand and Inventory Planning-Manage over 30 Direct Import vendors with 5000 SKU, purchase the correct inventory into the distribution centers for over 6000 stores-Forecast middle to long-term demand (3 – 12 months) and maintain warehouse inventory at optimal level to maximize sales productivity -Plan for retailers’ seasonal replenishment, ensure stores consistent in-stock rate 96%, -Coordinate with internal teams on new program and improve DC inventory turn-Collaborate with Logistics for ensuring a smooth and timely flow of merchandise from points of origin Supplier management -Manage suppliers with factory safety stocks to make sure on time delivery and 100% fulfill rate-Analyze factory capacity and identify potential issues, strategize order plan balancing market demands-Manage new supplier on board process and facilitate trainings-Negotiate with vendor to shorten production lead-time and reduce item’s MOQ -Maintain smooth transition between different vendors and business models Project management-Lead logistic optimize program, help warehouse improve unloading efficiency, lower operation costs -CNY supply strategy planning, develop planning logics and refine ordering timelines and methodology
