Being part of the GE University Crotonville leadership development faculty team shaped my passion and leadership anchors early in my career. Programs designed and delivered included the GE Asia Executive Course for the top high potentials in Asia. The GE Advanced Manager Program had GE senior level customers at Petronas, Pertamina attending with GE Power Systems and GE Aircraft Engines leaders. The GE customer leadership program at Crotonville saw C level customers from Asia engaging and building relationships with GE leaders to grow the business. Key faculty speakers included the privilege of Jack Welch, former CEO GE and Bill Lane, Corporate Communications Manager to Jack Welch in these key leadership programs for Asia.
