In my role, I work with teams and senior leaders across Wellcome to align our activity with our mission and ensure Wellcome’s impact is greater than the sum of its parts. This includes consulting on strategic projects and questions and helping teams to set priorities against our new strategy.

Supported strategy development and developed ways to demonstrate the difference GOSH Charity made in transforming the lives of seriously ill children. Responsibilities included Developing a new role to support CRUK in demonstrating its impact on research, people with cancer, and society. - Supporting a variety of research funding teams to demonstrate the difference CRUK's work was making- Leading a project team to design an impact assessment method that calculated CRUK's funded research has contributed to more than 50 cancer drugs, which are collectively used to treat over 125,000 people with cancer in the UK every year. We found 3 in every 4 patients who receive cancer drugs on the NHS are given drugs which are linked to CRUK’s research.- Collaborating with the Science Museum Group to develop a large-scale exhibition on cancer, ensuring CRUK's work was embedded throughout.
