- Implementation, business development, and support of Workday HCM projects globally- Global practice lead for Workday security and compensation with additional expertise in the following areas: data conversion, reporting, tenant management, business processes, and organization / job design- Managed, developed, and trained Accenture, client, and vendor.

- Oversaw all Workday functional design & build- Established a design process to get the project back on track and accelerate it into the build phase- Led the design of security, compensation, organization and job structures, and foundational data

- Workday subject matter advisor in the areas of security, compensation, and foundational data during the proof-of-concept assessment for this client- Addressed business requirements and reviewed fit / gap analysis of Workday HCM vs. current ERP HRIS with executive stakeholders

- Oversaw the global phase 2 roll-out which included: compensation management processes (bonus / merit / stock), inclusion of the 3000+ contingent workforce, integration with an e-Learning system, and updates to payroll integrations- Managed a team of 10 onshore and offshore consulting resources- Led the project to go-live both ahead of schedule and under.

- Led the global design / configuration of compensation and security and trained three junior resources in these areas- Advised the project on conversion, business processes, tenant management, talent management, and reporting up through and after Go-Live

- Came in full-time towards the latter half of the project, redesigned / reconfigured compensation, and set in place a design framework that was used by all functional areas- Advised the project on configurable security and business processes up through and after Go-Live

- Led the design / configuration for foundational HR data, security, compensation, business processes, and reporting- Led the global business process and core HR data design workshops- Led the APAC regional business process design and fit/gap analysis workshops- Worked closely with regional HR directors and division leads throughout implementation.
