Ours are grown on the same family estate that for one hundred years has proudly yielded some of the finest in the region. They are meticulously cared for, inspected, and harvested at the moment of prime ripeness—never before. Only the most select agaves continue to the slow cooking process to make Malinalli Tequila. The sweet agave juices are extracted from the cooked agave hearts, slowly fermented then artfully distilled to yield a spirit with exceptional body and bouquet.Malinalli Tequila was born of our passion for this uniquely Mexican spirit. Every aspect of its production is chosen to deliver a superior experience, from the first agave planting to the barrels in which it ages for three to four years all the way to the design of the bottle.
