Rob identified the initiatives to pursue and defined the benefits associated with the initiatives. • Collaborated with the executive team of a $1B CPG company to conduct a root cause assessment for dropping customer service levels. Within six weeks, Rob restored customer fill rates to >98.5%, from ~90%, resulting in savings of $12 million in revenue impacts.• Rob led a team consisting of executive and functional leadership to implement an ERP package and deploy a new distribution center at a $1B CPG company. The project required extremely tight budgetary constraints ($8 million) and a delivery time frame of 7 months. The project was completed on budget and on time.IT• Conducted an assessment of an IT department for a $1B public sector entity. Project included current state assessment, customer satisfaction survey, and comparison against best practices.
