I am the Program Director of the Women in Energy initiative at Columbia University's Center on Global Energy Policy. Women in Energy is focused on expanding the pipeline into the energy sector, building inclusive cultures within individual energy companies, and supporting professional women in energy. Prior to joining Columbia, I spent nearly a decade in New York City government implementing job training programs and supporting New York City’s GED programs with District 79. I previously served as Program Director of the Petey Greene Program which provides academic support to incarcerated people. I began my career in direct service with AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps. Although my work experiences have varied greatly, each role has focused on developing and strengthening programs. I love breathing life into big and bold ideas.
