Managed delivery of Cisco carrier class cloud-based service provider video conferencing solution (CTX 1.2). Responsible for requirement evaluation, feature scoping, overall release and solution planning, coordination with different functional areas such as marketing, development, testing, customer advocacy and advanced services. Drove evaluation of existing architecture, identified architectural weakness and recommended future directions.Architected and led development of Cisco Collaboration assurance solution (CPCM). As the founding engineer, single handed developed the first prototype to justify project funding. Provided initial implementation of most subsystems, and defined technical vision. CPCM is an end-to-end service assurance solution providing near real time service monitoring, fault detection, troubleshooting, session visualization and reporting capabilities for Cisco MediaNet, TelePresence, Tandberg, Unified Communication and 3rd party conferencing and networking solution/products.

Led development and delivery of Cisco IP telephony infrastructure and subscriber provisioning solutions for Cisco Unified Communication (CUCM/CME) solutions. Architected and developed key subsystems and features; greatly improved system performance. Had technical ownership of MSDT release.

Led and contributed to various products for Cisco network access product management, VoIP and dial plan management and optimized edge routing products. Designed and implemented a wide range of features in configuration, performance management and reporting.
