An engineering leadership role responsible for Automate Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems supplied to PSA’s Tuas mega port. Responsible for AGV design and provide technical advices to manufacturing, system integration and aftersales services.Responsibilities- Reviews and approves AGV design; ensure that they comply to client’s requirements.- Conduct design reviews with vendors and local contractor to ensure their deliverables complies to design specifications and performance- Oversees AGV’s Software Integration and functional test activities- Troubleshoots and provide technical (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and software) solutions to performance issues found during manufacturing and after sales operation.- Leads AGV tender engineering activities

- Review and Approve schematics, functional specifications, fabrication drawings, engineering calculations, analysis reports, test/assembly/operation procedures; ensure that they comply to project requirements, company’s HSE requirements and industry standards - Participates in design review meetings to evaluate design alternatives and approves design; ensure they are within budget allocated and comply to project requirements, industrial standards and company’s development road map. - Provide technical support to all manufacturing activities- Provide technical support to equipment installation activities- Manages project schedule for to ensures project deliverables are completed on-time- Manages resource allocation for backlog projects; understanding strength and weakness of all team members and assigned task for efficient team output- Mentor and provide development objective and guidance to junior engineers

Attached to Subsea Well Completion System (WCS) Product Group - Flow Module- Involved in various project including Shell Prelude and Woodside Greater Western Flank. Worked on components in Flow Choke Module.- Created and review product specifications and DBI (Data Base Information), Assembly / Fabrication Drawings, Testing / Commissioning procedure.- Performed detailed engineering including design stress calculations, running sequence and system tolerance stack up analysis to ensure product meet industry and client's specifications, standards and performance requirements.- Supported shop operation challenges and developed solutions to non-recurring problems.
