◆Serve as a resource to employees on human resources policies and procedures.◆Support recruiting activities including: applicant screening, scheduling follow-up appointments, conducting reference checks, place advertisements and maintaining applicant files.◆Conduct with new joiner's orientation.◆Maintain applicant tracking system and prepare periodic reports on recruiting and employment activities.◆Document and maintain any and all changes to personnel files ◆Maintain benefit paperwork and assist employees with benefit questions.◆Assist with payroll processing.◆Perform Human Resources and other administrative duties as required.
