Handling Fixed Assets and Leasing.

•Prepare Monthly Management Account Reports (B/S, FS, Variance Report, Taxation) and•Management Schedules (AR & AP, GL, Fixed Assets) within timeframe of 3-5days.• Preparation of quarterly GST report for e-submission.• Handle and prepare daily corporate payments, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.• Preparing accruals and prepayments monthly.• Issuing of sales invoice and monthly intercompany billing for recharges.• Review and ensure correct allocation of expenses in Travel expenses report submitted bystaff.• Monitor outstanding card expenses by staff and processing monthly staff claims.• Handle, Maintain, record, and observe monthly foreign currency for discrepancies.• Liaise with both internal and external parties to obtain information (eg. Banks, Auditors, Taxagents, suppliers, regional offices), communicating with suppliers on invoice discrepancies.• Assisting and providing support for company staffs with newly implemented SAP Concursystem for expense submission and travel advance request.• Adapting with company new system transition from ShipNet software to NetSuite software

• Perform administrative work such as evaluating customer credibility level • Conducting checks and update of credit cards details• Aiding in processing documents to different departments.• Preparing relevant documents required by the manager.
