Android Instant App Team (Mar 2016 - now)The Android Instant App enables users to use native apps almost instantly without installation simply by tapping on a URL (Announced in Google I/O 2016)1. Designed and implemented the backend systems (API, storage, etc.) from scratch to support Android Instant App. 2. Collaborated with the mobile team to support and test all the features. Play Abuse Team (Nov 2015-now)The Play Abuse team is responsible for keeping bad behaviors off Google Play, which has 1 billion monthly users, 100M+ daily app downloads. These bad behaviors range from apps that violate developers program content policies to detecting repeat infringers, fake accounts, fake installs or fake apps. 1. Investigated the current issues (precision rate, review volume) in the performance of content review system.2. Improved the machine learning based and rule based classifiers to provide a better precision rate of content review.3. Reduced the review volume significantly using feature diffing and tracking and saved operation costs for GoogleSocial Infrastructure Team (Oct 2014 - Nov 2015)1. Migrated Google's current social backend services to next-generation infrastructures to power the growth of youtube, google+, hangouts, photos etc. 2.
