I am a passionate and driven professional who loves to work in the scientific laboratory sector, especially the quality aspect of the research and teaching system. As an experienced laboratory coordinator, I thrive in working with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality goals for academics and researchers within their organizations. In my career, I have gained solid knowledge in molecular biology, biochemistry, and scientific data analysis; extensive experience in Chemical Management Information System (CMIS), PC2 and PC3 laboratory regulations of health and safety Risk Assessment (RA); and continuous experience in laboratory management duties including the budget allocation and workforce planning. Through these, I enjoy contributing as a member of collaborative teams that are focused on delivering quality improvement on behalf of the academics and researchers within the Universities.
