Conduct image processing and analysis on images sourced from the grapevine yard at Florida A&M University. The goal is to monitor the growth stages of three types of grapes and to explore a method for detecting the onset of specific growth stages or early signs of leaf disease. This will enable timely alerts for farmers, helping to optimize workforce efficiency and implement an automated agriculture system.

Currently pursuing my 4th year as a Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Florida State University, I am immersed in cutting-edge research centered around "Fast Convolutional Algorithms for CNN and DCNN leveraging techniques akin to Discrete Hirschman Transform (DHT) or Fast Fourier Transform (FFT)." My research isn't confined to theory alone; it encompasses practical hardware implementations.• Software and Hardware interaction: Implement the process from algorithm to model design in Simulink then synthesis and evaluate using Quartus. Hardware implementation for the algorithms that I am researching.

DSP Firmware Engineer | Montage 06/2012 - 2017• Proficient in video stream processing:  Unpack and analyze the video streams. Skillfully decoded syntax which over slice layer of MPEG2, MPEG4 and Real Media three standards. • Collaborated closely with HW/SW team:  Create and maintain the firmware code in C, simulate on the FPGA and Linux platforms. Cooperate with Hardware team to realize the call flows of whole decoding procedure.• Led debugging and problem-solving initiatives: Develop firmware testing procedures and performs debugging on test bench. Implement unit tests and system tests to verify firmware is working properly. Debug: to find the problems and limitations Research possible solutions and analyze trade-offs with hardware engineer or software engineer. • Coding optimizations: Establish and maintain Firmware API in C for efficient firmware/hardware execution. • Communication skills: Help to clear up and realize the image bit2bit to guarantee the accuracy of the decoding of Hardware. Cooperate with Hardware Engineers to realize the 4 channels video decoder and set up MPEG and Real Media 4 channels firmware code.
