E-Commerce Operations Specialist
- Responsible for strategy and operation for Xiaomiyouping & Pinduoduo E-commerce platform, managed and maintained 20 products corresponding to 5 brands, including product pages, prices, promotions, stock availability.
- Implement and analyze performance metrics, maintain data quality within the marketing database, analyzing data (campaign results, conversion rates, ROI, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to reach the target audience through multiple channels (Wechat, Redbook, Instagram, Facebook), and attract to the E-commerce platform (Xiaomi Youping).
- Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, Saling page, product videos, website copy, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of products.
- Conduct market investigation to identify trends and insights for new product development (successfully assisted the team in developing 4 new products)
- Research new online channel opportunities that may benefit the business, including E-commerce marketplace and social media.
