Join the company at its infant time (first full-time employees)- Played as a one-man-band with fullset responsibility of Android product line at early stage, with hands-on work including user interview, requirement analysis, user experience design, visual design, development & test, publishing, etc. - Successfully delivered BoYiBang Android version 1.0 with own effect under an extremely tight schedule, which gained radical support from very early partner (a Nanjing Hospital and important figure in the National Diabetes Association) and finally the Angel investment.- Kept evolving the products from version 1.0 to 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3, whose total user reached 190,000+ by currently (stats from UMENG, China leading mobile analysis provider, June 2014.). Conceptualized, designed new features/modules/versions and led the development, meanwhile took care of maintenance for the versions on market.- Project management.
