Weiyu Chen is currently the Lead Data Scientist at Zoomi Inc, a technology startup that delivers learning insights based on machine learning intelligence. Prior to work, Weiyu received her master’s degree of Applied Mathematics at Johns Hopkins University, with a focus on statistical models and predictive analytics. At work, Weiyu designed and developed quantitative methods to model content analytics and user behaviors, with a particular emphasis on e-learning personalization and recommendations. Weiyu also researched and prototyped learning prediction algorithms, including deep learning, real-time analytics, and Natural Language Processing methods, to optimize online learning experience.
