SDCN Academy: Unlock Sweden is a unique 5-week program tailored to make members of Stockholm Dual Career Network prepared for the Swedish job market, grow their personal and professional network, and make Stockholm feel more like home. Through SDCN Academy: Unlock Sweden, participants explore the cultural and historical layers of Swedish society, while reflecting on who they are and their place within Stockholm’s vibrant eco-system and developing the practical ski ls and resources to successfu ly navigate recruitment processes and land a job. With a holistic approach in mind, the program is designed to provide the network, information, support, and training necessary to not only enter the Swedish labor market, but also to become more rooted in Stockholm and find friends. The speakers and coaches at the program are leading experts in their fields. SDCN Academy: Unlock Sweden is a not-for-profit program presented by Stockholms Akademiska Forum, in partnership with The City of Stockholm and a l 18 universities and higher education institutions in Stockholm.

Directed a team to perform comprehensive testing of a large-scale, complex avionic system. Responsible for developing test plans, overseeing test processes, ensuring top-quality product delivery, and conducting team performance evaluations.Designed a system-level test scheme, integrated functional and performance metrics into 21 mission scenarios and over 300 test cases to instruct the test activities and achieved 100% coverage of requirements.Developed the system test software based on the internal automated testing platform, incorporating over 500 Python test scripts. Updated the software over 100 times to adapt to evolving product functionalities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the test process.Organized and executed Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing activities based on 15 system functional baselines, covering static, dynamic, cross-functional, and flight test. Analyzed and reported over 300 deviations from expected system behavior, and collaborated with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Developed the system Acceptance Testing Procedure(ATP) and delivered 15 systems, generating $100M in production value.Documented 8 test specifications, such as system test specifications, test environment specifications, etc.

System Test Engineer & Test Developer, customer's on-site office for six monthsDeveloped and maintained the company's first system-level automated testing platform. Designed and developed 200+ Python test scripts, resulting in a 20% reduction in testing time and significantly optimizing efficiency.Conducted on-site integration and validation of the system, gathered feedback from customers, completed tests for 100+ upgrades during six months.Collaborated with software developers to troubleshoot 100+ product deviations using Python scripts. Contributed to the acceptance and successful delivery of over 30 products.Encapsulated driver functions for communication protocols such as UDP, DDS, ARINC429, which have been utilized in other projects as the Common Block of Building over 50 times.

Documented the hardware test scheme based on hardware and product specifications, encompassing over 100 test cases. Achieved 100% coverage of the product design specifications. Developed 150+ embedded automated test scripts using C language based on the Real-Time Operating System of the product’s hardware platform, including tests for communication interfaces across multiple buses, image generation, and data processing.
