Data analyst focus on Supply Chain- Data visualization: Using Tableau, Power BI, and Python to create and maintain the dashboards- Database programming with SQL, especially data cleaning and code optimization- Designing and constructing the data middle platform with SQL- Cleaning und processing data with python- Understanding and supporting the whole business, e.g. to formulate the forecasting formulas, to create metrics to support the business

1) Achievement of sales targets: set up sales KPI, track target achievement.2) Sales channel development: planning channel PO plan, product delivery status, supporting product promotion plan issuance, checking channel promotion visibility, etc.3) Retail POS Development: Coordinating with Channel Manager for POS planning, tracking displays rollout status, etc.4) Product Marketing Development: Coordination with MKT team for product MKT strategy and review of visibility and KPI results.5) Business operations & coordination between regional office (Western Europe) and country team (Germany).6) Sales data collection and analysis: daily/weekly sales data tracking and analysis.
