Responsible for overall product vision and strategy within the core Enterprise Data Integration business unit, managing a team of product managers focused on product solution areas including data services, data virtualization, real time data integration and big data integration with Hadoop.Since joining Informatica in 2006, Wei has led the strategy and innovation which became Informatica Data Services that was launched as part of Informatica version 9. Informatica 9 was the single biggest release in the company's history, and Data Services has gained strong momentum since its release, adopting customers in multiple verticals including healthcare and financial services. In addition to Data Services, Wei now focuses on product strategy and solutions for Big Data Integration, leveraging open source technology such as Hadoop.
