Appointed by ExCom to manage ESAD and handle the following:- Design and execute a high level plan to restructure the organization- Set a new sales plan to overcome decline in employee retention due to covid-19 pandemic- Set a new cost optimization plan - Set the foundations for a new business line: Saudis’ recruitment and outsourcing (ESNAD)- Set the foundations for a revised and updated digital transformation strategy - Work closely with Board of Directors and committees: Executive Committee, Audit Committee, and Investment Committee

Focused on developing corporate and business roadmaps:- Product Development, New Ventures (Partnership programs) - Corporate Governance: developed operational and strategic polices, establish code of ethics program for employees- Setting Business Diversification strategy as addressed in the risk register - Assist CEO in providing expertise opinion for strategic imperatives: Cost saving analysis, M&A guideline.

Articulate high level 5 years strategy 2020 – 2024), set corporate level targets and KPIs based on strategy pillars for all departments. Create strategy scorecard for the board of directors to communicate company plans. Worked with finance department to convert the strategy into financial forecastsThe role involved also major business transformation initiatives to elevate business performance, developed and implemented a set of comprehensive regulatory implementation framework

Managed to organize the department and increase customer base with onboarding new customers with over 2500 new employees for enterprise customers. Managed also to develop the following:- Compliance charts and employee mobilization management sheets including future forecasting for visa, arrivals and departures and stock movement- Visa tracking system (from allotment till landing)

Took over the operations of the company for 6 months to facilitate the transaction of the new corporate structure and organized all internal reporting. Business Units included: Enterprise Sales (B2B), Household Sales (B2C): Hourly Services and Sleep In Services, Government Relations, Housing & logistics
