Oversight all transportation from origins to destination DCs, including CFUs, service & repair parts, Peloton apparel approximately 200+ transactions monthly.- Engage and execute on various projects related to global logistics activities, including Asia Pacific, North America and Europe region.- Capacity demand and supply forecasting with providing comprehensive visibility report for daily operations, executing plans, KPI/OKR review.Supplier / Cross-function Management- Negotiate and build up cross countries relationship with steamship lines and forwarders.- Align production schedule, supply planning and distribution for timely delivery while minimizing excess cost and inventory.In-direct procurement Management- Cost improvement/saving in FY23 is around $6M including ocean, air, parcel.- Negotiated favorable contracts with suppliers, leading to significant cost savings without sacrificing quality or service levels.- Collaborated with supply planning, inland teams, warehouses to optimize procurement strategies and supplier relationships.Project Management- Optimization projects related to visibility, costing etc.- Manage budgets and achieve financial objectives while maintaining strict control over expenditures.- Improve and install new processes that promote sustainable growth and increase efficiencies - allowing team to scale in cost effective manner.- Resolved problems, improved operations and provided exceptional service.
