Mekelle

• Prepare project annual work plan (DIP and POP) for the TSFP woredas submit to donors for approval, discuss with the regional DRMC and related partners, submit the final version to the woreda DRM office and ensure it is filed for reference, and documentation.• Coordinate the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of TSFP activities in the region according to the annual Filed Level Agreement (FLA) with WFP and DRMC.• Ensure and support the implementation of Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) monthly at household level and use for decision making in project implementation.• Compiling and submitting Monthly, Quarterly and Annually activity and financial performance reports to Doners • Follow Program effectiveness according to the SPHERE standard (cure, defaulter, death rates)• Conduct multi-level stakeholder communication such as Donors (WFP), Agriculture, Health, Women Association, and transporters for effective implementation of the program• Financial Management of the project (Budget plan development, forecasting, requesting, and ensuring budget utilization as per the plan)• Ensure and manage appropriate staffing in TSFP woredas• Ensure all direct reporting team have accurate and up –to- date JD• Sets standard and agreed performance objectives for all direct reports, monitor progress regularly and document• Conduct multi-level stakeholder communication such as Donors (WFP), Bureau of Agriculture, Bureau of Health, Women Association, and REST to act according to the FLA for effective and efficient implementation of the program• Support and follow smooth communication and workflow at regional, woreda and kebelle levels• Conduct annual staff assessment and performance • Organize meetings, workshops, and other events with all the stakeholders for the OI office (internal and external) and manage all related tasks

• Ensure that nutrition guidelines, minimum nutrition standards, WASH, quality improvement, SBCC, HMIS, and monitoring tools are implemented in target woredas.• Provides technical support through regular and joint supportive supervision visits to Woreda Health/Agriculture offices, health facilities, and communities.• Ensures the nutrition agenda is integrated in zonal and woreda level review meetings. • Strengthens the capacity of Woreda and kebelle Health Offices and community in nutrition and health information management systems. • Supports woreda Health Department in mentoring and follow-up health workers (HWs) and community members in implementing nutrition and WASH activities• Ensures the provision of appropriate mentoring and on-job training for HWs at targeted health facilities using project tools.• Support health facilities ensure sustained supplies of nutrition commodities Ensures that resources allocated reach the right beneficiaries, for the right objectives. • Ensures that all donor compliance and Save the Children rules and regulations are strictly followed during day-to-day program operations. • Collaborate with partners working on nutrition, WASH, and SBCC and government sectors to ensure planning and implementation convergence, and layering activities. • Support Implementation of gender-sensitive activities at woreda, and kebele level.• DHIS2 data management (data entry, edition, analysis, and data use for decision.

 Preparing annual operational plan, quarter plan, monthly plan which can be implemented in our woreda for projects Development fund (DF) concerning on HIV/AIDS, Fistula and Harmful Traditional Practices and Orphan Vulnerable children (OVC), Development food Aid program (Nutrition and Health education), charity water, Glimmer of hope (Hygiene and sanitation) Packard Foundation (ARH), Joint Emergency Operational plan (JEOP). Develop implementation tools, Manuals and Guidelines for Training's, quarter review meetings, bi-annual review meetings, and consultative meetings, for workshops for the above listed projects.  Build Monitoring and follow up visit checklists, conduct supportive supervision and monitoring follow up to grass root level implementer s like woreda Health office, Cluster Health centers, Health extension workers, women development Armies, and households.  Train Health professionals of different levels Woreda Experts, Supervisors, Directors, health center staffs and Health extension workers at concerning projects. Supervise the quality of works which are done by partners and give technical support. Data collection on Reproductive Maternal Neonatal Child Health (RMNCH) and Community Based Nutrition (CBN) and make reports  Writing report to head office and give feedback to each woreda health offices

Organize meetings, workshops and other events for the OI office (internal and external) and manage all related tasks Communicate (both verbal and written) with all woreda and regional partners and or stockholders especially with the health sector, and social affair offices. Supervise the quality of works which are done by partners and give technical support.
