Position ended due to COVID-19I was responsible for maintaining the technical integrity and optimal working conditions for all of Adler’s theater spaces. I also served as the Adler’s in-house sound designer and audio specialist. I provided technical support for the Adler’s sky shows as well as public programs, private events, meetings, and other projects that require theater access and high-level AV expertise. My position also attended to the details of technical upkeep, functional operation, and outward appearance to ensure a high quality guest experience in the Adler’s theaters and public event spaces.

My primary responsibilities included facilitating the recruitment and retention of members and volunteers, proving customer service to members, and general office administration. My efforts were essential to ensuring the organization ran as smoothly as possible as a cohesive unit.My position oversaw a variety of activities including IT needs, client relations, volunteer management, and purchasing of office supplies. Specifically these tasks included processing memberships, acting as a liaison between members and the organization, maintaining mailings and member touch-point systems, coordinating volunteers for all events, and assisting in event production.

I provide high performance theater engineering analysis, predictive modeling, and documentation for private theater audio, video, acoustic, and sound isolation systems to create some of the most beautiful and high performance home theaters in the industry. I am involved in designing a room's technical performance at every stage from space planning to room commissioning.I manage our engineering department and work closely with a team of engineers that assist in production work, researching new products and standards, developing internal tools and manuals, and exploring new software. I delegate, collaborate on, and oversee all work done by them while giving feedback.I am also deeply involved in the initialization, calibration, and tuning of the room's systems for optimal performance of the loudspeakers and surround systems with the room acoustics. I am well versed in several different high channel count surround processors and their associated calibration systems. Additionally, I perform acoustical verification tests on rooms throughout different stages of construction to ensure quality performance matching our high criteria.

Provided room acoustic, audio, and video analysis for high end residential home theaters and product demonstration rooms. Determined the optimal placement of projection systems, acoustical paneling, speakers, and seating weighing functional/acoustical and aesthetic desires of clients. Drafted 3D CAD and acoustical models of purposed theaters with in-depth analysis and dimensioning. Performed JBL Synthesis's ARCOS room calibration for home theaters as well as manual DSP tools.
