• Responsible for management of Microsoft Windows based servers 2003/2008 including software/hardware upgrades, security, back-up, maintenance, storage management, and resource management. Utilized free program from UPS vendor that ensured that all servers where shutdown properly to prevent any corruption issues.• Provided local support for EMC CX4 and CX3-20. Worked with storage team connecting storage, migrating data, and provisioning LUNS. Worked with vendor on upgrades and support.• Responsible for ensuring Windows servers where in compliance with company standards using Shavlik NetChk.• Provided 24/7 Support for local and remote sites both end user and infrastructure.
