Chelmstone is a custom precast concrete designer and manufacturer, producing products for some of Australia's largest development and infrastructure projects, including Brisbane's Cross River Rail Project, Canberra Metro, Gold Coast University Hospital and many other nationwide projects. As General Manager, my role requires the development of financial objectives, ensuring I expand the company’s revenue sources and profitability. Furthermore, it includes complete oversight of the day-to-day operations of the business including, production, sales & marketing, HR functions, procurement, reporting and key client retention.

As an Alternative Investment Manager QIC specialize in Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Equity, whilst also providing Liquid Market Solutions and Multi-Asset portfolios to its clients. QIC manage funds on behalf of over 119 institutional Australian and international investors with ~A$92bn AuM.Being promoted to Senior Client Manager for QIC's Private Markets, I was responsible for handling client relationships and reporting across the Global Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Equity divisions. This included Australia's largest Superannuation Fund, Australian Retirement Trust. My role handled superannuation merger activity, RFPs, quarterly reporting and presentations, ESG, client onboarding, staff management and client capital requirements. Acting as the conduit for the client across the organisation, I developed initimate knowlegde of each fund, the assets within them and importantly natured realationships across QIC to ensure I could get client outcomes acurrately and efficiently.

As the Private Equity Client Manager, my role involved organizing delivery of all client activities and supporting business development. The role required intimate knowledge of the private equity asset class, the divisions investments and furthermore excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clients received articulate, informative responses and material. I developed relationships with key clients, including the CIOs of some of Australia’s largest superannuation funds. Furthermore onboarded the private equity team’s largest client through a complex secondary sale. The commitment by one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds required an enormous amount of coordination to ensure a seamless transaction.

Market Eye is one of Australia’s leading specialist Investor Relations advisory firms, with a core focus on providing equity capital market advice and market intelligence tools. Taking a more active role in managing clients from my earlier position as a Market Eye Analyst, my role as Manager involved direct engagement with the c-suite management teams of ASX listed firms, establishing, updating and executing investor relations strategies.I was responsible for coordinating and attending client roadshows with investment managers & brokers across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and furthermore charged with establishing business development opportunities through networking events and investor conferences.

As an Analyst at Market Eye, my role involved improving the market communication of my designated suite of ASX listed clients and increasing the effectiveness of senior management's time spent on Investor Relations engagements. My clients ranged from mid-cap firms valued at over $1bn all the way down to micro ASX listed firms.

Partner Collective is a Private Equity investor in B2B sectors. The Founder of Partner Collective, Jacques Duyver operated a Single-Family Office with ~£150m AuM. Reporting directly to the founder of the family office, my role involved the development of investment strategies, analyzing asset performance, valuation analysis, trade execution and relationship management.I developed key relationships across European Investment Banks, Investment Managers and Family Offices to source listed & private equity co-investment opportunities for the portfolio. During my time in this role I successfully transitioned the portfolio to suitably match the risk appetite and financial objectives set by the Family Office’s investment committee.
